3. Verify your student status

   Since our community caters to college living, we ask that you verify your university and year of study.

4. Choose a financial requirements method, then sign and pay the application fee

   Select one of the options for a guarantor or other requirement, sign your application electronically and pay the application fee. Please note that signing your application does not guarantee a space.

Next, we will complete a background screening and send you the Housing Agreement to reserve your spot when mutually signed. The Administrative Fee, if already paid, will be refunded if a Housing Agreement is not approved.
